Agentless monitoring
ComTel Server Monitor uses Windows RPC, WMI, and monitor-specific protocols to monitor remote servers without requiring an agent to be installed. This works great in a LAN and WAN environment. For monitoring servers over the Internet the protocol monitors (Web monitor via HTTP, Mail Server monitor via SMTP, POP3, IMAP and SNMP monitors) also work fine.
Application monitoring
Many customers are currently monitoring their Exchange Servers, Microsoft SQL Servers, IIS servers, Oracle servers and more using ComTel Server Monitor. With monitoring and threshold customization for the full list of system and application performance counters, there is almost nothing that can't be monitored.
Advanced reporting
Data that is checked by the monitors and compared to thresholds is also recorded to a built-in management-free database. This means you can create reports on nearly any system resources that you want. Plus, all reports (including the server and group status reports) can be emailed to you on the schedule you set.

Multi-server monitoring
A single installation of ComTel Server Monitor can watch many, many servers on your LAN. Most customers only require one installation*
